I bought m at 39-40. Slightly small
On the insole 27.5 cm take the largest size. The quality is not pritensiy, sleeping bag and Chuni are worth their price. A little upsetting the presence of cold seams, but it's not important, because I'm going to sleep inside the sleeping bag.
